Haven’t received mine either. Maybe they just shred them?

Paramount Pro available on camofire this morning FYI
-
Air flow sensor can make them act batty

Sometimes whitetail will throw one off the g2 to look kinda muleyish!
-
Always someone wanting a deal on Craigslist!🤣

I have a customer who has a pool and their neighbor has a pool as well. The neighbor lined their back perimeter with these, one every 6 foot! For anyone who knows about these things, they know both pools will have issues.

Yessir I would chuck em. But if you can deal with a messy tree, they’re pretty. Kind of like an aspen, well sort of
-
They are both bottle trees I believe. Haven’t dealt with them in years but I’m pretty sure their leaf patterns vary. They are the tree that gets big clusters of pecan looking pods

Australian Bottle tree.

When the dung is runny and you hit it with a hose within an hour or so probably not too big of a deal but when it dries you have a crap cake that’s pretty tough to remove unless you soak it.

I’ve been installing landscapes for 25+ years and I’m pretty old school when it comes to turf areas. Personally I’m not a fan of synthetic. It can be downright hot to walk on, doesn’t metabolize urine like real grass and pretty costly to have done right. There are some very durable synthetic turf products that when installed correctly will last a long time. There are ways to chemically reduce the smell of dog urine if you use it for a dog run but I think most dogs if given the choice would choose real grass if that matters! Lol. The more complex turf areas we have Luxury Lawns install for us here in the Tucson area and they are top notch and fairly priced. I believe they have a Phoenix location. Highly recommend

Tractor Supply sells glyphosate 41% in 2.5 gals Farm Works brand. I think it’s $50 gal when on sale, normally $55. Mix at 2.5-3 oz per gallon. Takes about a week to kill but kills everything dead when actively growing.

You drew a great tag! 36b is one of the most accessible whitetail units in so az. Much of the unit holds whitetail. Take a couple weekends scouting. Burn the fuel, tear up the tires, pinstripe the truck and put the miles on your boots! It’s half the fun and when you score it’s so much more rewarding! If I were you, I would be looking for the spots that the G&F website isn’t talking about! Have fun!

2 kids hunting 35a deer/javelina help!
Sky Island junkie replied to Dadof3's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
Dadof3, I too assumed you were talking about the youth hunt. You are so right about the circular firing squad! I’ve been lurking on this forum for about 20 years and have for the most part done just that because many on the forum know it all. You are so right that we need to stick together in times like this! Well said and you and the kiddos have a great hunt! -
Got a brick. Just checked, still in stock
-
my bad 1108 not 1106.
-
Looks like the leftover tag for hunt number 1106 was taken off the table.

Anyone done a direct mail advertising campaign?
Sky Island junkie replied to CatfishKev's topic in The Campfire
Well kinda funny I’m not really new just new to communicating on here. Probably been lurking for 20 years or however long this site has been around. I’m a landscape contractor residing in the Benson area but do most of our work in Vail and east Tucson. Done a few in SV too -

Sky Island junkie replied to CatfishKev's topic in The Campfire
You bet. By the way, even if you only get 1% you probably know that the if you are fair and honest, the referrals from that 1% is exponential. We only used that service for maybe a year -

If you’re referring to Every Door Direct Mail, it worked great for us. I even had a handful of calls that came from outside the mailing area. The recipient of the ad gave to a friend or family member who was interested in our service. -
Not sure what you’ve tried but the Strassburg sock and calf stretching multiple times a day combined with the Superfeet have been the best pain reliever for me.
-
Agreed with this! I don’t post much on here but this topic hit home! I’ve got 3 pair of the green Superfeet, one pair are in my work boots and I’ve had them over 3 years. Not sure how long they’re supposed to last but feet feel great! Danner Pronghorn and Superfeet! Good combo for me!

East Tucson Gunsmith Recommendations
Sky Island junkie replied to SabinoCarl's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Try Kevin at Diamondback, very reasonable, pretty quick turn around
