The Process - Picture heavy

Possibly one of the local jack asses out blunting bulls and hit him in the head? -
Sold pending meet up. Thanks Rick see ya Friday

I’ve had this for 20 years and never had been mounted on anything of mine. No obvious ring marks but a small amount of scuffing making me think it had been mounted but like new shape otherwise. From what I’ve seen $250 is probably a fair price. Looks like it was made in 1988 and for whatever reason I only have half the box

Lotsa honest Mormons on the mountain! Glad it was returned

Anybody do pool resurfacing in the Phoenix area?
Sky Island junkie replied to levers's topic in Classified Ads
CDC pools did our pebble tec 25 years ago when we built our pool and I referred them a bunch in the years after and never heard negative feedback. -
Yep I had a guy once tell me if the truck was how I’d described it he’d give me full asking but he wanted me to pay for a carfax. I told him no that he could and I’d reimburse him if it came back with issues. He said ok. I guess he trusted me that I would pay him back but knew I wouldn’t have to as I was the original owner. He paid for the carfax and paid full asking on the truck
-
Yeah I posted a 2013 Ram in December and I had all kinds of BS thrown at me but one that I hadn’t heard of before was they ask if you have a carfax and even if you do they want you to go to do another one with a company that likely is run by them. I got so sick of the BS I decided to go to the Carvana website and follow all the directions to get an offer and I was surprised they offered $14800 for the truck. I was asking $16500 and my rock bottom was $15000 so it was a no brainer to go that route. Was one of the easiest transactions I’ve done. Well worth taking $200 less

Pretty sure the younger ones can have striped legs when younger. Seen them with faint striped legs with the younger ones around Alamo

Weird. Maybe both ears back just in time for the pic. Looks like a young critter

Coyotes got hold of it when younger? Or just AI bs

Baby quail sightings

G&F probably wouldn’t bother with it. I remember a story of two old boys in Sun City West who were neighbors and the one shot one of the little bastards with a pellet gun. The neighbor called the sheriff and a deputy showed up and pretty much laughed but made the comment the neighbor should call G&F. They never showed up. -

Couple years ago I watched one grab a juvenile cottontail on a job site with a cockiness and aggressiveness of a mountain lion. The other day on old Spanish trail one ran out in front of a car to try and grab some poor critter and got plowed. It brightened my day! -

When I was a teen in the early 80s we snuck up on the O RO a few years mule deer hunting.😂 yeah I know! I remember thinking this is Gods country! My buddies dad said during our lifetime we’d see our public lands be sold off and that’s what we’d experience. Hunting only for the ones that could afford it. Crazy how decades later you remember comments like that when our reps test the waters the way they did recently! -

Do a little homework on the political affiliation of the many ranchers in this state who own 100 acres or less deeded that is contiguous with their 20k-50k acre 150 head Fed grazing lease and many of them shut us fellow conservative/ republicans down from accessing it. Then dig a little further and when you find out what said rancher pays per cow/calf pair per year to graze it, it will really piss you off -
The top pic in roofer Billy’s post is a cabin that was built about 120 years ago by a family that homesteaded that area. The Feds recently kicked out a squatter that was a Buddhist who lived in it for quite a while. We called him ol blue. But this place is definitely not near the upper reaches, it’s in the bottom of Wakefield canyon
-
You’ve got to be thinking about the little cabin up in Apache canyon if you drove to it east of Empire Ranch. You had me thrown when you said it was at the top. No roads or structures up top that I know of
-
This structure is in the Whetstones?
-
Top of the Whetstones? Do you remember what side of the range you came in from?

Not sure the left can be blamed for this one. Democrats have been instrumental in getting done the purchase of several ranches here in so Az for preservation and making sure sportsmen have access to these lands. 2 of them in the Whetstones. Not sure why they marked the area on the west side of the Whetstones and claiming affordable housing. It’s laughable because it’s the most rugged and remote part of this range and there are two developments on the north side that one can’t even get out of the ground after a dozen years and the other started breaking ground in 2001 and is at best only 50% sold and built out -
