I recently picked up an induction annealer. In talking to a few guys it occurred to me that more guys would anneal more regularly if it wasn't for the time and hassle (and price) of everything that comes with it. If anyone is interested in having their brass annealed I would be happy to do it for you for $10 per 100 rounds. I'm in the Tucson area and would be willing to meet you somewhere if you would like to have it done. If not in the area I would still happily run them for the price of shipping back to you. Currently I have the pilots and shell holders to anneal 308 WIN, 243 WIN, 7mm-08, 260 REM, and 6.5 PRC. The necessary parts for 6.5 CM, 6mm CM, 300 win mag, and 7mm Rem mag can be here in a few days if I get the interest. If you have a less common cartridge and are interested let me know and we can discuss it. Obviously not trying to get rich with it but I don't mind doing it so if you're interested reach out. Working on buying my first AR-15 and I could use a little advice from the guys who hunt coyotes in southern Arizona since one of the reasons I'm getting one in addition to having a solid all around rifle is for hunting all the dogs down here. I'll make sure the rifle has a quality trigger and scope so basically I'm deciding between the 16" and 18" option. Not sure it makes much of a difference so just wondering if anyone has seen a noticeable difference between the two. Also wondering what range your typical shots are on coyotes in the hills and ridges down here. I'd love to hear some thoughts. Thanks.

$1800 Like new ATACR F2. Only used in the range. There was an issue with the elevation turret, which NF took back and replaced entirely so the whole turret is like new. Owned for less than a year. No damage, scratches or wear. Also comes with sunshade, flip up lens covers and original box. Located outside Tucson. There has been some interest in the safe so I thought I would just post it in its own thread. The safe is a Liberty Colonial D-23. It has 10 spaces for long guns on the right side and three rows of four slots on the left side, along with four handgun sleeves on the inside of the door. Weight is about 600 pounds, so not too big that it can't be moved around in the house but still heavy enough to deter most theft. There is nothing wrong with the safe. The only reason I am interested in selling it is to avoid having to haul it across the country and paying to ship the extra weight and space, so if I sell it I will put the money towards a replacement on the other end of the move. I am located in Corona de Tucson and if interested you would have to pick it up as I don't have the time or the means to move it anywhere on my own right now. Let me know if you have any questions.

Got a bit of a surprise when I walked into the taxidermist’s shop to pick up my euro mount today. Turns out the buck had cancer in his upper jaw to the point where it had already significantly impacted his teeth on the right side. I was already glad my shot put him down instantly, but was even happier when I learned about that. There’s no doubt he would have eventually suffered a slow, miserable end had that cancer kept growing. I had never heard about anything like that before. Anyone else ever see that?

From what was described to me, there was an abnormal tissue clump growing in that spot causing the deformities. I supppse without an actual biopsy of the tissue it is almost impossible to tell if the tissue was cancerous, but it was certainly some unusual growth spreading up there. Weird.

$200 As the title says. Lightly used Skeeter SL 20 backpacking sleeping bag, tall version with stuff sack. Excellent sleeping bag in great condition. Stored in a large tote instead of the stuff sack so as not to lose effectiveness. Located in Corona de Tucson.

Definitely. Just took a closer look from underneath. The tumor was already growing up further into the jaw as evidenced by a very observable hole up there, and the last front tooth was already on its way to being next.

Obviously no tissue left on the mount, but visible in the photo is where the tumor had been, and the impact on the jaw is pretty obvious. The other side of the jaw and the lower was perfect. The taxidermist has a guy who cleans up his skulls for him and was telling me how he described the tumor to him. From how it was described, I wouldn't be surprised if the deer was already experiencing pain. He was healthy when I shot him so I'm guessing there was no trouble eating yet but I bet it wasn't far away.

This one does not have that sleeve.
