I am interested in what you all have observed about how frequently coues deer drink. Also how often bucks drink, as opposed to does. I don't have a trail camera, or I might be able to better answer my own question. I know it changes with the seasons, and during the rut, but wanted to know what you all have seen.

Tikka T3x 7mm Rem Mag. Barrel threaded and MBM Super Baby Beast brake installed by Craig's Custom Rifles, fluted bolt, Warne rings, Vortex Viper 6.5-20X44 PA, and "custom" cheek rest (can easily be removed if you don't like it). This rifle has never seen the field, only range for load development and sight-in. Scope has no lens issues and is in great condition. Approximately 150 rounds down the tube. Shoots right at an inch with most loads, and about .7" with two 262 gr ELDx loads I developed. I can share details if you are a reloader. Bipod not included. With the installed brake, this gun kicks less than a .243, and would make a perfect all-around rifle for any hunter. I have over $1500 invested. Selling to fund another project. Nice visiting with you last night Dallin. Good luck scouting and on your hunt. For those who were quick to pass judgment on this guy thinking he was wanting a free handout, you were wrong. Like many of us, sometimes we need a little advice or direction to get started in an area. He is more than willing to scout and put in the time. Get a prepaid debit card, put money on it, use it once on something small to make sure it works, use it for your application, don't use it for anything else. Almost zero risk of any issues happening.

There are a few resident herds always within a mile of Peppersauce. Pack light, and go beat the bushes and cover ground until you push them. Other option is above Golder Ranch, but they are tough to find in that country. Good luck!
