I have the same in a 243..great gun.

One time I just pulled out of the water and we transfered our limit of crappie from the live well to a big cooler with ice for the ride home. Game warden pulls up drinking a quart drunk and told me if I didn't give him some fish, he was going to confiscate my boat. As i drove away, he threw that bottle at me and it broke all over the ramp. He didn't come after me.

I won't do San Carlos anymore. Not since they stole everything out of my bass boat when I was in line at bashas to get my permit. I drove all the way to the lake, launched, went to get my son's life jacket and noticed everything was gone. So I loaded back up and went home. That was over a decade ago. F em....

Tried for crappie most of the day on Saturday at Rosey. No luck, just bass. Found schools suspended deep in several different areas of the lake but no takers. 57 deg water temp.

To cold on the rim for that...brŕrr
