Yes they have been back for years. Liar's corner, Frys grocery stores, and the machine at the lake. Unless Douglas shut them down from selling them. That I don't know, I buy the annual every year. At the entrance to each ramp they have a vending pay station. I was told it is more expensive then buying one in advance. But I'm not sure
