I recently downloaded an app on my phone called my fitness pal. Although it has only been two weeks, it has changed my life! I scan or punch in everything single thing I drink or eat (besides water or 0 calorie sodas etc). It set me up with a target caloric intake per day (2300) but I thought that was high for the amount of results I wanted in the amount of time I wanted. You can also input exercise, and it subtracts those calories from your daily total. The only thing it doesn't to is subtract calories burnt in normal daily activites, and any strenght training. So far, I have only gone over twice, once on my birthday (prime rib as a lot of calories, no cake or ice cream for me that day) and once the second day I had it... I had a thrown out back all week so no gym for me but what I have been doing is running a sub 10 minute mile (usually right around 8-9minutes) then really concentrating on leg work outs. Squats and lunges particularly. Then, Ill go ride the bike for another 10 minutes before I leave. My back is finally starting to feel better, so with any luck Ill be back at the gym midweek!

Which can you walk all day with? Which shoots the best at 400-500 yards?

It is a Quadzilla Adrenaline, It was on there when I bought the truck. The funny part is I very very rarely turn it up past the max mileage setting, and when I do it is usually when I have a short passing lane coming up, up hill, to get around a semi or a truck/trailer.
