I have a buddy that’s been getting prices that are all over the place for a residential replacement. Currently has a Trane 5 ton heat pump with the air handler in the attic. No extras just equipment and labor. Just looking for comparison on total cost of what other people have paid recently. Name of company and out the door installed price which may also help others in making a decision in the future.
