Not true and you should read about what the states allow currently and changes coming for NR. NM is looking at not allowing NR apply for Sheep tags anymore even though the only reason they have sheep is because of NR. Here is what a NR has to pay for ELk tags across the west right now and think of the quality of hunt you get here in AZ compared to some of these other states if your able to get drawn: NV $1,200 plus license CO $701 plus license MT $934 plus license ID $652 plus license CA $1,568 plus license UT $1,000 plus license NM $773 plus license WY $1,283 sp plus license AZ $650 plus license

AZ G&F needs to increase the NR fees. Other states are cutting NR tags and increasing the NR fees. Even requiring NR to buy points after the draw for more revenue in some states. NR have it pretty good in AZ compared to most other states.

9 points and did draw a late Coues Tag. Either point creep or carp hunters are burning their points on Coues Deer now realizing they aren’t catching max ever.

How many years has it taken them to do the draw in-house to be somewhat smooth. Most of those years had major problems with the draws and delays. The portal is still not right. They aren’t good at managing our wildlife either! Antelope are really struggling and trophy quality and fawn survival is very low. If it wasn’t for Park and reservations our Elk would have very few 360+ bulls. Continue to pummel our Coues Deer with multiple hunts and hundreds of hunters in each hunt. Buffalo hunt is a joke and continue to fail in dealing with the issue of guides and DIY hunter conflicts. Lion regulations is laughable Trail Camera new rule, whatever the rule is, has only made the issue worse. Trail Camera season or ban would be better then what they came up with. We probably pay some of the highest resident tag fees in the west and non resident tag fees are one of the lowest.

You can find H1000 online if you keep looking but I have not been able to find RL26.

I used a 210 VLD out of a 300wm on a moose and was impressed. Going to try 246 Hammer Hunters on a new build for moose.

My points page says as of 3/8 but they didn’t give me an additional point for not drawing elk and antelope. Must be still working on that patch job.

I like the way Nevada does it by squaring your points. You actually have a better chance of drawing % if you have 12 points compared to someone with 4.

Agree. Outfitter working directly with ranch already has another ranch in unit 10 all to themselves. Now trying again to do the same with this ranch. All about money and that is all they care about.

Have they released the lucky winners and state they live in?

Wonder how much the hunting/wildlife manger is involved with trying to get ranch shut down again so their Outfitting business can profit.

Seems like that Outfitter continues to be associated with conflicts and issues. What a piece of crap. Glad video was posted so people can see what kind of hunt the Buffalo hunt is right now for the DIY hunter and kind of guides working up there. How they still have a guides license is crazy. AZ Game & Fish continue to disappoint and needs to assign a new officer up there.
