Santa Fe built guns from Mausers, Enfields, etc. Lee was reminiscing of his Mauser building days when he saw the action. Santa Fe went out of business in the mid 60's. If I were to have a question about Mausers, I would go to Lee.

Kids change your life. They don't make you younger, just more tired - especially when you're older when they come. Best wishes and they are our greatest asset. Too bad most of us don't live in Tucson. Lots of nice stuff.

Coyotes killed my 2 Tom's and nine hens. Have two hens I need to breed to re-establish flock. Need one Tom. Bronze (Silverbacks) are pretty much like the turkey's we hunt in AZ.

Need Medium and Large leg traps to stop predation. A friend and I are losing livestock to predators, especially coyotes. we are working with open terrain so live traps are not working. I can clean up very rusty traps. If the springs are still good, I can probably fix most traps. Current adjustable traps would be nice but older non-compliant will still work. These will be used only to stop predation. Depending on the request, may be able to trade some Ammo, Toilet paper, Cash or other necessity, in reasonable quantities. Thank you for your help.

Since we are stopping predation and not trapping, we can use the older traps. I may modify the older traps to creat a bone gap, so I don't want to borrow them. If the predators didn't do what they do naturally we wouldn't have to do what we do naturally.

I'm looking for 6 to 9. We want to put them in groups of three to catch two legs. Should keep them in place until we deal with them. We will check twice daily. I'm in Mesa not far from Bass Pro.

Lemon juice or vinegar should remove rust (oxide). Also good for cleaning brass before tumbling (soak only for 10 or so minutes, rinse, dry, tumble) I use lemon juice to remove oxide from all of my tools since I have easy access to quantities, straining the pulp out first of course. Not only does it work, it's natural and biodegradable. Orange juice is not as strong, but would work slower up to a point. You can clean that table saw up, fix it if necessary fairly easily (belt, motor, cord, switch are common parts), and start cutting away. If you change your mind Levers, I'll take it.

Do we laugh or cry? Many world countries were laughing about our toilet paper frenzy. They went to bidets decades back. We have very silly quirks. But when it gets down to it, that same passion and drive gives us our edge. Don't tell me God, or whatever Supreme Being/ Chance, doesn't have a sense of humor. I'm glad and grateful I am associated with so many intelligent and level headed people. But even in my old age, I am still surprised at how ignorant the general populace can act.
