But, you give me too much credit of overall power just from the ten or so ads that I questioned the prices on openly out of the hundreds that are placed. None of us is perfect as seen from this thread. I'm just saddened to see the hate, but uplifted by the many acts of kindness. If it really makes you feel better, blame me for whatever, call me what you want, let it all out as you've been doing. These are scary times! But if you are really in need of something, besides money, PM me, and I might be able to find it for you or give you a hand. I've no need to justify, but apologize openly to those offended, and will probably offend again. I've lived a fairly long life, experienced many things, learned a lot, but have much more to learn. Sold out most places at $190 to $199.99 (Bud's, Sportsmans) Bass Pro shows available at $219.99 plus tax. Is this one of those "what the market will bear" or did you pay too much and you are trying to recover your cost? At the $160 to $170 I would buy since I was thinking about playing with one, if the condition is like new. But you probably wouldn't sell to me, although I do have an AZ DL, CCW, and insist on a bill of sale to protect both of us. And I am close to Bass Pro, not far from Gilbert.

Correction, Golden State Arms, not Santa Fe. Santa Fe was one of several models they built.

Santa Fe built guns from Mausers, Enfields, etc. Lee was reminiscing of his Mauser building days when he saw the action. Santa Fe went out of business in the mid 60's. If I were to have a question about Mausers, I would go to Lee.
