Would be nice if I cleaned out my inbox before saying PM me, now wouldn't it. ๐ Sorry 'bout that and please try again. Eddie -
Good stuff right there. And while we recognize the actions of these fine folks with the MNPD, let's not forget to call out the cowards at Uvalde PD. Eddie

Lots of posts about dealers, but not salesman (can I even use that word today?) so I'll throw my 2 cents in since we're not really answering your question. Your son is buying a commodity so shop based solely on price. A Camry at HT is the same one at RT or CT. Use the HT price to negotiate a better price locally. Paying an extra BF or two here is better than saving a BF by going to HT. Time is money even for your son. Shop as much as possible vis phone or email. Ensure they send him the contract before he steps foot in the dealership. They are all (decent salesman or otherwise) are master manipulators. If the deal is different than promised or in the contract, tell him to walk. That is our ultimate power as car buyers but most will not do this. Good luck to your son, Eddie

Which year were these manufactured? Thanks, Eddie

Congrats and very nice. Which area or GMU? Eddie

Good point BO and I sure missed that. Good to know they are okay with a person rescuing his/her pet. Eddie

I read this as: if your pet is in our trap, it's our pet now so don't even think about trying to free it. Eddie

I just checked just in case my memory failed me, but it did not. For recalling breakfast (or work), it often does, but it seems to be sound for hunting related recall. ๐ I absolutely did draw my 3rd choice in 2021 (mid-winter) for antlerless elk. I was tag # 3 and that's the extent of the info I will pass along. The reader is free to believe me or not. Eddie
-
Omg and I can't remember what I had for breakfast this morning. Hahaha. No clue to your questions, but there is always a chance if you fill in your 3rd or 4th choice is the way I look at it. Eddie

With the tag numbers now posted, I know my son (youth - antlerless) and I (late rifle - bull) drew either our 1st or 2nd choice, which is terrific. Now I only need to find a dose of patience... Eddie
-
I drew an antlerless tag for my 3rd choice 2 year ago. Does that count? I was as surprised as anyone my 3rd choice was drawn. Eddie

What's the make (Venture?) and model, plus any other relevant info. I'd like to do some research on it and these details would be very helpful. Thanks, Eddie
-
Why not use a credit card? I'm guessing you used a debit card for your tag fee? And how much was your insurance bill that it drained your account balance? I'm hardly a rich man (at least in dollars) but it would take a few insurance payments to drain my account. Of course, I use a CC for my tag fee and insurance payments and everyone should cancel their DC as they are the worst for fraud, etc. Better luck next year. Eddie

Thanks TS. I am more excited for my son, and his first elk hunt, than I am my hunt. Eddie

Thank you sweet baby Jesus! I for sure drew an elk tag since there is a pending $135 charge. I did not draw last year. There is $50 charge too but not sure what that is since a resident youth elk tag costs $63. Anyone have any idea 'bout the $50 charge? I know the application fee is $13 so maybe that explains it? A great snow day! I love it. Never let schooling get in the way of your kid's education. โบ๏ธ Eddie

Good info on the AGM charging requirements. I have had an X2 Power in my T4R for 3.5 years with nary a problem. NorthStar makes the X2 Power ( sold by Batteries +), but just rebranded. I had a NorthStar tech tell me that in 2019 when I was looking for a beefy battery for my T4R. He said get an X2 and save a few dollars, get a better warranty and easier to exchange if needed, as they are the exact same battery. I appreciated that and did when they had a sale and rebate soon thereafter. My OTD cost was $310. Pricey but a top notch battery and really nothing when amortized over the 5+ years it will last. Eddie P.S. I looked into the Odyssey battery and was not liking what I was finding given the premium price.

Please list a price. Thanks, Eddie
-
What's your location? Also, 100cm or 130cm? Thanks, Eddie

If your T4R does not sell here, try the T4R Forum. The T4R3G is an excellent off road vehicle and one of the best 4x4 drivetrains ever made and command a premium for those reasons. Yours looks very nice, with good mods and low mileage. If no surprises, it just might sell for your asking price on the forum. GLWS, Eddie

Hello All, Well, our garage fridge died this week and I'm posting to see if a forum member has a fridge or fridge/freezer combo that they are willing to sell? Most anything will work as long as it's reliable and fully functionable. Post what you have here or PM me. We're in NE Phoenix/Scottsdale and I'll travel within a radius of 20 miles of 85254. Thanks, Eddie P.S. Side by side fridges are a no go for our garage.
