What are folks paying for a "termite warranty" per year? My current is $120 which includes an annual inspection and free follow up treatments if see any evidence of termites. I'm thinking of changing companies as my current one has not impressed me over the last couple years. To wit: 1) last inspection, they did not bring a ladder so seeing anything higher human height was not possible. 2) they sent out an inspector and then a technician. All this does is require more of my time. I want one stop shopping so to speak. Thanks, Eddie
