I bought a 66 bug from a lady who wanted her driveway parking spot back . My sister's dad went to look at it as he would buy fix and sell cars . They wanted 200 bucks . Sister's dad didn't want it . So I had already looked and figured out why it had sat . It was a stock 1300 with a single carb and 6 volt . I gave her 50 bucks for it . It was the ugliest brown metallic I've ever seen. I put a bolt back in the carb as it had came out and the carb was sitting crooked on the intake and started it right up . The look she gave me was insane . I drove it in high school while working on my 69 mgb.

I get it . I found a pro hunter barrel and stock set on long range hunting awhile back for a great price after Utah banned scopes with variable magnification . Only fixed 1 power allowed 😤 .
-
There's a setup with barrel and wood stocks on ebay $500 bucks .

Muzzle-loaders.com had them on sale if you can't find one locally and they ship to your door.

394+205 tax stamp+125 healeys transfer cost+29.99 I think is the trust. Around 760 all in. It's around 200 cheaper than the same one I've got waiting for the atf from last year. I think the can was just under 600 plus all the extra.
-
Go to create aft e- forms acct. You'll need this done to start your paperwork once the suppressor arrives. The guys at healeys can answer your second question . I've just done the trusts per suppressor and added my family as trustee after . Two with silencer central and one so far with silencerco ( still pending) .
-
So for the guys that ordered the Harvester Evo from Freedom weapons llc and got a ready to ship e-mail recently. I called them today to ask about shipping as I had gotten the same for my order on Friday. The guy there said they had just got nfa stuff and it would be 10 to 18 days for the stuff to ship because of the form 3 paperwork for them to ship to another ffl .
-
Healeys is 125 for a nfa transfer on suppressors then your tax stamp is 205 then the silencerco trust is like 29 bucks I think. Yep they have a kiosk to do everything and the guys will walk you through. Make sure to have a atf account setup first it's your digital signature for your paperwork.

It was trying to eat your pet so you are with in your right to blast it. -
I get it from my work it's high temp stuff . You can find it at most auto part stores A little goes along way .
-
Good hunting right there! Hopefully I'll get another Crack at my buddies place in Texas when it's cooler .
-
I've been setting some of my guns up with silencerco asr breaks so I can quickly move the can around and still have a break on the guns if I choose to shoot them without the cans . I do run some antiseize on the cleaned threads so it doesn't carbon lock on my direct thread can and check tightness every few shots . I watched a guy send his new can for a ride down range when it got locked up. He loosened the quick detach and proceeded to shoot thru it not locked on . Picked it up at the 25yd line . Probably not good for the baffles and the outside finish took a beating.
-
It's probably a little less but it's a different feel it's more a steady push not as harsh as without but not quite the same feel.
-
You can use either I haven't tried subs in my ar but in my 10-22 it's stupid quiet . It's action cycle and impact no bang. The rest of my guns is comparable to shooting with 32 dB ear plugs in . You still hear the bullet Crack but it changes the tone and pulse. I shot a javalina with my 7-08 and the rest just stood there not knowing where it came from.
-
You can run a 30 cal can on any 30 cal they say it's safe to run . In this case up to 300wm then you can also run it on any smaller calibers also . I run mine a 30 cal on my 7-08, 6.5 creed, and 223 . It's not recommended to use on a 22lr because of the crappy ammo and leading the can up. I've got a can just for 22lr and the 17 cal stuff.
-
Yep the barrel length is the minimum that they say is safe to run them on .I just ordered one this morning and yes once you get it into your cart you can start check out and it will prompt you to find a ffl . I added the zip code for healey arms and then scrolled down and selected them then it will let you pay . Once they get the suppressor they will call so you can setup your paperwork . Super easy with the kiosk . The guys at healeys can walk you through the process . Get them in a trust so you can have your wife, kids added later .
-
It will prompt you to pick a ffl near you and it will be sent to them . Then it will ask for payment. You can use your zip code at the top then hit search to pull up local ffl dealers and pick the one your going to deal with.
-
Just put another in jail . Thanks for the tip on the cans being discounted and discounted.
