Never been but sounds like 7, 9, 10 are doing really well on deer. Desert units producing giant bucks. A 290 was killed in the desert a few years ago. There’s been giant bulls killed. 300” strip deer. Some of the biggest coues ever have been killed recently Maybe you’re not looking in the right spots. matter of fact, what unit is worse off now than it was in the late 80s? I can’t think of any. edit: aravaipa ram peaked about 1990.

I learned to cast with an ambassador 5000. Silver. Caught many walleyes with it at Apache. Had a newer black one also. Wonder what happened to them.

I need some clarity on this. I always see you guys telling residents who are moving to buy lifetime license. implying you can apply as a resident even though you’re a non resident that sounds illegal to me, but I see it mentioned over and over on here. I can see saving on the cost of a non resident license, since you have a lifetime license. But applying as a resident because you have a lifetime and live out of state? That doesn’t add up. Am I misunderstanding?
