i heard more bugling the last weekend in August than I did Friday to Sunday of the muzzy.

The quality of elk was the worst that I’ve ever seen. The poverty was real.

Actually just got word that in the 11th hour the dudes I was hunting with killed. 6x6 of some kind

No reason to be confused, it’s a trophy tag and not many trophy’s to be had. 1 guy was holding out for the biggest elk in the unit.

I knew 3 people with the tag, all 3 still have a tag at this moment.

Just got back from 3b. Easily the worst hunting I’ve seen in 25 years there. And no other year even comes close to how bad it is that I’m aware of. Praying for the dudes that I was hunting with cuz they were super cool.

I’d check with some of my amigos in Sonora and see what it would take to get one.

Yeah and my outfitter back in the day took terrible care of my cape.
