its all about lifting dude. Increase lean body mass. Cardio like jogging is so inefficient. But any excercise you do is going increase the calories you burn you know what I mean. If you have heard of HIIT, lifting is like a whole bunch of sets of HIIT, short bursts of high intensity. It's good stuff

you are hardcore. no wonder youre worried about smelling like onions walking into your stand lol, also your breath is atrocious right? im sure you can lift all that, im not saying my approach will make you stronger. all im asking is for long term your whole life, are you not going to eat carbs? maybe thats fine for you. im an ice cream junky, i also like cornbread and taters. my diet is not even a diet, its just portion control and working out 5 times a week staying as active as possible to keep tdee up, drink lots of water. joe rogan is on TRT and whatever else

And I'm not talking trash to you guys that are doing ketogenic diet. But I'm willing to bet that none you are even in ketosis unless you're strict and have knowledge of it. You're losing weight cuz you're not eating carbs therefore creating a caloric deficit. It's not the carbs or the keto diet, it's that you're eating less calories than you're burning. And that's 100% cool with me if you like it.

my above post is really all there is too it. eat 500-900 calories less than you burn, do that for 12 weeks this should be clear as mud, its not as complicated as it sounds i could help you or anyone on here get the leanest theyve ever been. like make joe rogan on his best day look fat kind of lean. First thing, you need to get a rough estimate of your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) there websites to help you get close. lets say 2500 calories is what you eat to maintain. if you want to lose, should be eating about 2000 cals. if you like to train and you want to do it really right, you only need .8g Protein per lb lean body mass, and .4g fat per lb, the rest carbs 200lb guy would eat something like 160g Protein 80g Fat 160g Carbs at first i would recommend measuring stuff out so you see what it looks like. after a while youll get good enough at eyeballing food amounts. who wants to eat no carbs for life? or nothing but "caveman" paleo food (whatever that is) or no sweets and clean food only for life. this approach you can eat ice cream everyday if you wanted. you eat family dinner everyday without feeling gulity dont do "cheat meals" we do what is called a "refeed" but ill save that for chapter 2

You burn more calories than you consume to lose weight. There is NO tricks. You can eat whatever you want as long as you burn more than you consume. Some people aren't happy unless they limit their food choices and make life more difficult than it has to be.

Lol what? Maybe you should work on your reading comprehension? I have in every thread If people were on this site saying its good to bugle for Coues bucks would you say something? Cuz to me that's what it's like reading someone say that they can get fat from eating under maintenance calories like the guy in the other thread did

any diet you can stick too and lose weight is a good one though. so if you like keto then do it.

joe rogan gets his diet advice from that "dolcediet" guy who doesnt appear to know anything real about nutrition or how your body works. but he is popular so people follow him. smh i dont like keto, carbs are more anabolic than protein too so you make more muscle off them than protein. the increased fat metabolism is negligible, the reason you lose weight on keto is because you took out a whole macronutrient out of your diet so youre eating less. but i guarantee if you burn 2k cals a day, but consume, 2500 a day in a ketogenic diet you will still gain weight.

Good luck hope there still there. It's to bad you can't put a little zap to the camera or box and get a pic of the thieves face when he touches it. I know a little demented but what the heck gotta have fun i know right. i bought relatively cheap ones, but after batteries and memory card i think i got like $75 in each of them. i just got 2 more to put up this weekend. ill probably get riskier with locations as i go on. i want to put them on drinkers in the desert for deer this fall but im sure ill lose them if i do that

the most important thing at first when youre new to flexible dieting is too keep track of the calories you eat. but you could still eat mexican food and crown everyday and lose weight if youre smart about it.

Ford put all their eggs in one basket with the 6.0, and that didn't work out so well but the 7.3 option ended in 2003 here but was still be produced down under for 2004, maybe later. I have 278K on mine. You can thank the guberment for the demise of the 7.3. The big engine couldn't meet tightening emissions guidelines so Navistar trimmed off about 80 cubic inches a few injector changes and gave you the 6.0. Ironic thing is, you get better mileage with the 7.3. My 6.0 never got better than 16.5mpg on the Hiway. But at 290K miles and a tough life, were still plowing along.More specifically you can thank the first Clinton administration and the cafe standards that D bag put in place. Don't worry the 2nd Clinton administration will be just as bad.was about to post the same. Cafe standards have changed the entire industry!
