good thing my dad has enough antelope points to help get drawn for any archery hunt. Then turn his points back in and continue trying for rifle. Sure we can only do it once but now I can get any antelope archery unit. The point creep is gonna be crazy lol

That is where I figure you were going. Doesn't work that way. See the exerpt I posted above from the regs. Your license must be valid on the last day of the application deadline, not the day you apply. The license you buy on Feb 1 will not be valid on the final day of the application deadline the following year. Take 2016 and 2017 for example. Let's say you bought your license in 2016 on the last day possible for elk which was 2/09/16. In 2017 that draw deadline will be on 2/14/17 (second Tuesday in February). You license is no longer valid. you can put in with a license that is expired. You just can't hunt with it. Maybe online it boots you but if you put it on paper app it's not a problem. I made up a number up a couple years ago, I called them they said no problem as long as you have a good one in the field

I always caught them on chartreuse power eggs. I parked in that dirt lot just past granite reef and walked back there waded out over the flat and tossed into the channel and let it drift down.

big F'ing deal for a unit 1 bull tag i said it last year but now its even better since you can get your points back, but ill GLADLY pay $1000 next year to. anyone that can get me a unit 1 archery bull tag for 2017. if you want a rifle tag just turn in your tag and get your point back and continue putting in for rifle elk. then optimally id find someone else to do it in 2018, 2019, etc.. thats a freaking bargain man. i mean maybe 2-3k? what i would rather hunt baby deer in sonora or bulls in 1 or 27 make it 1500 or a pair of swaro 15 hd's by next January and we got a deal!! 1500 it is, ill throw in a quarter of a back strap and some jerky off the elk. Pry gonna get a visit from my local game manager after posting this though lol. Lol I was thinking that too. Keep it on the DL till the draw

uhh...comparing AZ premium tags to other states...not sure if serious. 10 years x $13 in app fees + $130 for a unit 1 archery bull tag. this is about azgfd getting $5 bucks extra per app. nothing more nothing less.
