Creatine can make you hold water but 75% of your muscle is water If you're gaining weight and trying to lose it its cuz you're in a caloric surplus not because of creatine. I've been to dink skin shredded and took preworkout with creatine to the last day. Sodium, potassium, glycogen, that's going to affect your water weight more than anything. Holding water is good you just don't want it subcutaneous

I went camping with 7/08 Im in the back of a pickup with 7/08 and a live deer. Well, 7/08, he grabs the deer by the antlers, looks at it and says, Im 7/08! Say it!
