Snakes scare me too. After I get spooked by a rattler, it seems like I'm looking more for snakes rather than deer. Sometimes, it's over if I can't get my head straight again. I'll try again later, or the next day. im the same way.

but what about snakes?

Keto can m be a very satiating diet since fat makes you feel fuller than carbs. In my head though, it doesn't make any sense to take out a macronutrient entirely.

If it hurts don't do it, no matter what your CF coach tells you. Rest it. Look into shoulder mobility training.

One the experts for Human remains at the AZ State museum said that based on the tooth wear that it was prehistoric, likely several hundred years old, but that he couldn't say exactly without finding some artifacts associated with it. I haven't seen artifacts with it unfortunately. I think it's likely a Native American that lived in the area hundreds of years ago. The guy from the state museum said that the light colored layer above the skull might be ash deposit from a firepit above the burial. that is really something.

More than anything, a calorie surplus is what makes you fat, not sugar. I tried telling people this when this sub forum first opened, didn't go that well.
