that you steve prefontaine? the more i run the more like it more but i mostly just jog then walk. i just refed on half a rosatis pizza and 1 quart of girl scout cookie samoa ice cream. gonna have sickening glycogen storage tomorrow when i go lift. ive lost 11-13lbs since january and 5%bf. i could have done it a lot faster but ive been partying quite a bit too. started at 14, at low 9's right now.

its gotta be true, im sure theres far more people shot at mcdonalds than in kaibab. i went dove hunting once. now that is dangerous. 400 people in kaibab is like nothing.

they did 1k early rifle tags back in the day. do you guys even know any kids that are unsafe? I don't. matter of fact, I think kids are safer than adults when it comes firearms. I can think of a lot more dangerous situations than being in Kaibab with 400 tags. driving to mcdonalds for example, or sending your kid to school.

that's pretty intense I run for like 200 yards then I walk for 200, and been hitting the stairmaster for about 5 minutes after lifting. but then I throw it away with 4 coconut cream filled bosa donuts and a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich. fml
