always see people talking about gluten free. humans have been eating gluten for over 3,000 years, gluten free has only been popular for about 3 years. just something to think about.
-
I didn't say that you did. im just saying don't, because people will believe you. people think that taking out gluten is like the secret to fat loss when in reality it has 0 to do with it.
-
im sure he knows that, that wasn't his point. if you feel you need to eat gluten free go for. good luck with that, im sure its really convenient and shouldn't be any problem keeping up that kind of diet for the rest of your life. just don't tell other people to eat that way.

how is it different, gmo's that is?
-
getting at that it makes no sense to stop eating gluten because your neighbor said they lost 10lbs after not eating it.

the seeds in the 50's had been breed and genetically modified also and were probably saturated in some serious bug killer, anyways. celiac disease is starting to be like add, vastly over diagnosed. im sure some of you do have celiac disease, it affects about 1:150 people. I just see it all the time, people take out gluten when gluten has nothing to do with their weight loss issues.

I try to make food in advance, like grilling 6 chicken breasts then saving them for a few days. but I always ending up grubbing 4.5 of them the same day I cook them.

How Fat is Fat? The All American State of Denial and BMI
trphyhntr replied to Healy Arms's topic in Hunting Fitness
that's why I don't workout for "health." you never know whats going to happen in life. the people who eat the healthiest are always the maddest when they find out they got cancer and their fat friend is still going strong. I workout to help with picking up younger hotter chicks. -
