what is making me mad, is people saying you shouldnt wait to the last minute. wtf difference does that make? thats like blaming the victim of a crime. it doesnt make sense. its not being lazy, they have a deadline. i plan on putting the last day every year. they know full well that the website is going to get bombarded. Amazon doesnt break down on christmas eve.

more i think about it, im more disappointed then mad. hunters and fisherman are typically the most reliable, trustworthy, honest people that i have met. i feel like an organization like AZGFD should reflect those same values. its not just the draw either. but they dont, theyre just typical government. bunch of bureaucrats.

Cot dam. Azgfd is Pathetic, why set a deadline at all? Just starting putting it on the front of the reg due by "approximately" a certain date. And if azgfd is reading this, listen morons go back to paper apps 1 time a year. You obviously can't get the internet thing right, cut your losses. I'm waiting on that dumb and dumber moment when they " totally redeem themselves!" Doubt it will happen in my lifetime.

But I think AZGFD needs to post a disclaimer in the regs and on their website stating that there will be no deadline exceptions for website malfunctions. It might encourage people to get their apps in sooner. Why don't they just fix it?

on my elk hunt in 1 last year i met some kids that got drawn only because of that delay last year.

It is always good to be aware of your surroundings. I have been going to Rocky Point (Los Choncos) since I was a boy. And now that my tastes are more refined , I prefer fishing in Guymas/San Carlos. San Carlos doesn't have all the college kids drinking and shooting off fireworks all night. And the terrain is hands down more beautiful in San Carlos /Guymas. And the fishing in San Carlos is fabulous! Reeling in a Marlin, Sailfish, or a Dorado beats a Trigger fish or Cabrilla any day. it looks deery down there too! i havent been to san carlos in forever, need to get back down there. saw theyre whacking the big dorado right now and sails.
