It’s extremely difficult to not know your hunt dates that you applied for and waited 6 months to show up and then go on the wrong weekend. I’ve never known anyone to do that

Shooting 200” bulls is a waste of time

I figured 365 is pretty conservative. Optimally 400+

thats because nobody really cares what bull like that scores. i mean i dont hear people talking about "300"" bulls. most people would just say they saw, shot, missed, a "small 6x6" etc.

I don’t disagree with you but that’s not relevant to what I’m saying. 300” on the early archery or the late rifle hunts is not a very high bar to set. Very very achievable

I could have done both. But when the days get shorter and it gets colder I get lazy.

I’ve fallen off entirely. Hunting season started and I disregarded everything. I gotta get back at it. I don’t even look like lift. Just at 2 giant Maple bars from QT and 11 tacos yesterday. I’m gonna get it going again and start chit posting here again.

I didn’t give a care either really, till I smoked my first pork butt recently. It’s like eating at a premium bbq joint but it’s cheap.
