Its called "hunting" not bagging out. Hunting is a way of life of enjoyment and being with family and the outdoors. Bagging out is a bonus! Shooting a bull or buck is a double bonus!! Shooting a trophy, well you get the picture!

Yeah that's sounds good on paper, till your 3 days into a garbage hunt and ready to go home

Never figured you for a quitter.

Haha, no I'm a glutton for punishment.

  3. David Bowie - Under pressure. That song always comes to mind when I see flattened primers. I "inherited" about 12 pounds of WWI or WWII decomposing powder that just smelled like sulfur and - I don't know, kinda "gassy". Made for good stump removal, but I would never shoot a rifle with that in it.

Reloading isn't really a hobby IMO. You can mess up really fast with irreversible consequences if you don't approach it with a certain respect.

I prefer ZZ Top "got me under pressure"

Nice buck, my bro said you passed by the station to show it off, I was trying to put 2 and 2 together!

    Stud buck

Always wondered if you were related. But thanks!
Yea I guess I claim him! What is the current p&y recored?
Record is like 220 something I believe. Then a few bucks in the 210 range and 4 or 5 all within 2-3 inches down around 200-204

The pope and young record is 205

  5. I have the ruger american predator in 6.5 from the other thread.I have a viper pst on mine and it shoots great. I was also the guy that floated my barrel before I shot it, dosent take a rocket scientist to know that the barrel shouldn't touch the stock. II don't know why he says it looks like mice gnawed on it, mine you'd never even know I did anything to it by looking at it. 1/2" dowel and sandpaper did the trick. Not saying this is the greatest rifle ever, but for its price it may well be

Maybe yours look cleaner than the one i saw
