Last week I was in Bruno's Shooters Supply and they had 4350, quite a bit of it. You can order on line or maybe get someone to bring some down. Of course I am assuming you want some bad enough and are not just looking to trade out only, my bad if so!

I have a question folks: has anyone ever run across a set of rings (1") that you could not start the top ring screws on both sides? I can barely start one side and still NOT be able to start threading on the other side for some reason. The scope is an older model Swarovski 6-18x50 AV (1") and the rings/bases are DNZ all going on a Browning A Bolt Gold Medallion. I am no rookie so this isn't my first scope mounting rodeo but I will be danged if I can figure this one out. I am open to your thoughts and suggestions, thank you in advance! Broken Wheels

Scope Mounting Question
Broken Wheels replied to Broken Wheels's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Gentlemen, I made the old man mistake of assuming what was in the package must certainly be what is listed on the package and it was not. The scope as I knew was a 1", then confirmed it with a mic (another old man syndrome not trusting your memory), so yes the DNZ product I was sold is not correct, a simple answer most the time but an oversight on my part. I appreciate all your input on this rather embarrassing question of such an obvious answer. Good hunting and God Bless the United States of America! -
PM sent, interested in pack very much.

So a couple of questions then: 1. Does it run now? 2. Is the work it needs just flat tires and cosmetics or is there motor running issues? I already have one at the house here that needs carb work and not gonna happen so wanted something that i could throw new rubber on and maybe a new seat and its ready to roll. Please advise and thank you...

Call me a tard but I am ignorant to trailer tires and how they are rated. The only thing I've been told is 6 ply vs 8 ply, so would you happen to know what ply these are by chance? If it gets to where you can not sell them all five together I would be interested in 3 of them right away. Still may be interested once you confirm the type of ply these are. Thank you very much...

Threat to Firearms Sales on These Classifieds
Broken Wheels replied to 40-year-AZ-hunter's topic in Classified Ads
Let's pray we never have to take up arms against one another because the last time we did it was the most devastating war on American soil with brothers and cousins killing one another! There is nothing "civil" about civil unrest and for those that have served in combat we care not to have to do so again or at least I speak for myself. Something about the snaps of rounds passing nearby doesn't "sound" great anymore to me, pun intended! Hopefully the system will right itself and calmer heads will prevail my fellow hunting friends! I now hand the soap box to others... -

Ric, nice meeting you and hope you move your other custom firearm soon though it shouldn't be a problem, the list of parts should sell themselves. Thanks and good luck with your Elk tag! -

SOLD SOLD SOLD I have decided to sell my 30.378 Weatherby Mag and not for any other reason than I do not care to hump it around the mountains while hunting!(not exactly the lightest weapon) It served its purpose allowing me to harvest a mule deer at 700 yards last season in New Mexico and it was a hoot shooting off benches and seeing how well it patterns. Do not ask for pictures of shot placements because I didn't keep any but I can get some pictures posted of the rifle on here as soon as I can. The package deal is as follows: 30.378 Weatherby rifle w/ Sako action, fluted 32" barrel, milled trigger work, muzzle break, composite stock, mill work for setting of base and rings in receiver by Kodiak Precision, Vortex Viper 6x24x44 target dot scope with custom turret by Kenton Industries, custom paint job locally done but bad a$$, tons of brass, over 100 rounds of reloads 210 grain VLD's, 20 round box of 130 grain factory, detachable magazine, all reload data comes with package as well as dies and anything else I can find hat goes with a 30.378. This is for sure a long distance shooter, proven on the bench and proven in the field not shooting at rocks but actually harvesting deer with it but just know it isn't the lightest weapon weighing in over 9-10 pounds especially with 3 in the magazine and one in the pipe! I would entertain a trade but it must be something of a light weight nature as in a Kimber, Winchester, Browning Mountain Ti, other lightweight rifles in the 30 caliber category. Otherwise I am selling this package for $1600 OTD and can meet whoever purchases it within 100 mile radius of the valley or we can discuss shipping with the buyer covering those costs and arrangements. My cell number can be had via a PM and can discuss further details. Thanks for looking, Broken Wheels! SOLD PENDING FUNDS, WILL KNOW FOR SURE BY THIS SATURDAY! CONGRATS JACOB!
