My brother shot this buck at 6:30 AM today in our "plan B" spot. He shot this buck at 810 yards. He used a Browning A Bolt in .270 using the new 150 grain Nosler Accubond Longrange bullet, and if you were wondering how that bullet would perform it did awesome! Massive wound channel, no exit. The buck tapes out at 86". Fun times. My 2 brothers:

@distance: 124.1" of drop and 14.6 MOA of adjustment to compensate. He's using vortex viper 6-24x50. It doesn't hurt that he is a sniper for the Mesa SWAT team and gets to shoot long range multiple time each week.

@ 308Nut. Bullet was not recovered. I wasn't with him while he was skinning him out. He said vitals and shoulder were just a mess, destroyed.

Hey guys, I just bought a Remington 700 Varmint ADL in .308. I already bought the replacement stock. The stock is a B&C and the one I wanted only comes in a BDL configuration. So, I need to convert over. I need a remington 700 SA BDL hinged floor plate for a .308. I want to buy the complete set up. I'm hoping someone here did a detachable mag conversion and has what I need just sitting around. I found some on ebay but they are pushing $100, this is a budget build for sure and I was hoping I could find one for much less. Let me know if you have something or if you know where I can find one for not too much $$. Thanks guys!!

My brother is shooting that 150 grain LRAB at 2860 fps from a 25" barrell behind 50.5 grains of IMR 4831. At 810 yards it was going about 1897 fps and hit with about 1199 fpe.
