I have had plantar fasciitis flare up off and on over the last 5 years or so. It can be frustrating at times. I have got pretty good at managing it. Knowing when to back off on hiking. I have good boots Meindl, Lowa and Danner. For others that have planter fasciitis what are the best insoles? I tried several in the $20-30 range. Some have been decent and others junk. Its time to get some good ones under $100. Thanks
