I would say if you are wanting to shoot and kill pass 400-500 yards then a yes a PRC would be a good choice. But if you are keeping it under that then the 30-06 will do just fine. Just my 2 cents. Or just buy a 7mm and be done with it.

I used to be a transmission sales man state wide. (Sold over $1 million in Transmissions every year) I sold for a company called AllTrans, but I’ve heard they have gone way down in quality. I wouldn’t use them to build my transmission but they might have the part you need? The only company I would trust state wide would be Trails Transmission out in Aj,,, they might be able to locate the part for you. Also there’s a guy in Mesa named Lorenzo, but I can’t remember the name of his place there off main.

Can I high Jack your thread with a question on my oil? 2015 dodge Cummins and I use full Synthetic Canadian Petro oil and only put 2k miles on it since last summer. How often should it be change if I’m not hitting the miles? also my buddy has the 2019 power wagon and says he uses mobile1 0-40 with 80k with no issues. He did a oil sample and everything looks good.
