I had 4 apps in all separate. My 2 kids and wife and me. My kids no BPs. Wife only 7. Me 25. So I’m being selfish and hope it’s me. Called and confirmed this morning that they are crediting me the 1800. They would not tell me who drew or when the results would come out. They caught the error early Friday when sheep and sandhill crane charges got messed up. So most of you were right about making sure anyone declined for the 2100 dollars they contacted them? I hope

Exactly. Fingers crossed. 39w or 6A more than likely 39w

Lol. When I got a 2100 dollar charge. I immediately called. They told me I was drawn for big horn and They’ll credit me 1800 on Tuesday (they must be off Monday for the holiday). I was like ok. I’ll gladly pay the 2100 for a sheep tag any day. I just hope it’s true been waiting a long time for a tag. But wait, it will probably end of being th wife or kids that drew. That’s ok too.

Well if it’s anything thing like last year (had archery sept tag) pray for rain. We had no rain last year and bill Williams mountain was closed all season and did not open till late November just a week before the late rifle bull hunt. So that area was off limits the entire archery hunt. If we don’t get rain I’m afraid the forest maybe closed till who knows when. I scouted tons and hunt 8 for years, and hunted every single day last year. We killed two nice bulls but had to do it sitting water. It was a mad dash every day to water tanks in that unit last year. Trying to beat other hunters. And this year will be the same with the hunt a day earlier. Unless we get rain. We only had one day the entire 14 day hunt w some rutting activity. Too hot and dry. The rut occurred in this unit way way late due to lack of summer moisture. good luck hope the rut is on during your hunt. But it’s not looking good. Find water and own it all day. We did and we’re successful.

Looking to buy a Polaris Ranger Crew or Honda Pioneer
buglethemin replied to SpotNStalk's topic in Classified Ads
Love my Honda Pioneer. So versatile and it will last forever. When I was shopping for a side by side. I never seen a Honda getting repaired. Every single side by side getting worked on was a Polaris. Just saying. -
Sent you a pm for the 2 boxes of 180 grain Barnes. I can pay you through zelle and pay for shipping if you can send them to me
-
Will you be up in the Phx area any time soon? If so I’d grab the two boxes of Barnes 180 from you.

I was was able to connect on a nice buck the last day of the Nov. hunt. The best part was having my son w me behind the glass giving a play by play of were the buck was as I was getting ready for the shot and after the shot. He even helped pack out two quarters.

Tough muzzy hunt this year. Way different then my 2015 muzzy hunt but I was able to get my good bud on a decent buck. In over 10 days hunting hitting different units we only seen 5 bucks. All without does and 0 rut activity. Got this guy yesterday all by his lonesome. Not too bad for his first buck Good luck to the rest of muzzy hunters.

No rut activity in the south central desert units for the muzzy hunt. We were on a 180 class walking all by his lonesome for miles. All does by themselves w no bucks. Hunting the flats are tough.

Where are all the scouting pictures of velvet bulls????
buglethemin replied to huntlines's topic in Elk Hunting
Yeah most post on Instagram. Don’t see as much photos here as in the past. -
Tons if these in the desert areas south of I-8. Humanitarian groups place these for the illegals. And will gout out weekly to fill them.

Came across same thing in 2001 in unit 4 A. Small spike bull just like this walking in circles. We actually got out and we’re able to pet his fuzzy spikes. A forest service guy down the road thinks it got struck by lighting ???
