Congrats on a great hunt. Not all of us got to tag one. Thanks for sharing the video, way cool.

Nice! Congrats on getting it done. I'm heading back to my spot Sunday morning and will stay till the 10th if I have to. Just hope the elk hunters don't flood the area..

Even though you didn't get the one you were hoping for, that buck's a shooter for sure, so congratulations. Thieves just suck.

With less than two weeks left, I hope you get to share a few pics and a good story with the new bow Mr. Larson.

What a beautiful bull!! And a great shot from 960 yds. Having said that, watching that whole video left a sour taste in my mouth. It turned into a circus atmosphere with the hunter sitting under a canopy watching from above as his paid entourage wisk it away. Not my bag baby. That's just me and I'm not saying he doesn't have a right to do it like that. If that does it for him, go for it, it just left me feeling a bit sad. Seems like the very far edge of hunting extremes just to see if it can be done. Not a fan.

My brother jokes that he could rent himself out to other hunters as he can walk into the wind and within 5 steps it will be blowing directly into his back

If I was closer to your neck of the woods and didn't have to work this weekend, I'd accept that offer. Best of luck

My 12 year old sons 2020 Archery Coues

What a beautiful velvet buck! Congrats on getting it done. -
The NBA lost me when players attacked some fans in Detroit years ago. Bunch of thugs. MLB lost me for a long time when those millionaires went on strike while ticket prices kept getting jacked up. F'n crybabies. I've been a big football fan all my life , but when "that looser" knelt during the antham and the owners didn't put a quick stop to that, I think the owners lost control of what they had built. Now, I hope everyone of the owners goes bankrupt and the spoiled millionaires fade into obscurity and learn how to say "Do you want fries with that?" I watched sports to enjoy a GAME, not have someone else's politics forced on me. #Not on my dime, asshats.

Patience grasshopper, hang tough.

Just looking at the grid I thought E-3, but he's got his ears up and head looking my way so he's prolly gonna drop a bit at the release, so I'd pick F-3.

Best of luck to ya. Keep us updated on the adventure (a lot of us didn't get drawn this year so let us live a little vicariously)

How about a closer look at the "doe" below your center buck?

It was pretty cool , but I can see why they disposed of it

I can finally refresh my salt. Hope it's in time for archery season.

If G&F wants it, they can go look for it "where we left it". That's my story and I'm sticking to it. 😉

I finally upgraded and got a new hunting /target bow so these two are now looking for their next owner. The Charger is a great mid range bow and in pretty good condition. It has a Rip Cord rest and is set at 65lbs and 28 in draw. Just had the string replaced a few months ago. Plenty of life left in this one. $300.00 includes the case shown in pics. The Vantage Elite Pro has a newer string and is still in pretty good condition. It has signs of wear to the finish on the lower limb (see pic) but still cleans up nice with that pretty emerald green finish. Currently has 75% let off mods and comes with 65% mods too. Also included are the two stabilizers and the quick connects from Spider in matching emerald color. I was using washers from Home Depot for weights on the ends, but you can replace them with whatever you want if looks are critical. (washers cost about $2.50 and fancy real weights from a shop are way more than I was willing to pay.) Price with the stabilizers and quick disconnects is $525.00. Without stabs is $400.00. Call Doug at 602-319-4096.
