    Project: making her smile

Those are way cool! How strong are they? Looks like that'd be hard to work with?

    Anybody have non-operational game cams?

I wonder if a guy could get ahold of some of that dye they put in the little things at the department stores to keep people from stealing clothes? Maybe spice it up with some mace as well.

you apply out of state? youve spent the last four posts on here ripping on me for being from out of state. I find that ironic. alberta doesn't even touch north dakota. Yote. (PS. How the heck do you even type like that it took me 5 minutes just to un caps every single sentence?). Yote.
  5. I'm with jack on this one. I bought an ultimate arms muzzleloader last year and its unreal. It's shoots better then most of my center fire guns and it has the same muzzle energy as a .338 win mag. I would have gone the bad bull route except s few of the states I apply for don't allow smokeless powder so I went with a gun that's built around pyrodex. The bad bull can also shoot black powder substitute so don't let that sway you from this gun. This thing is a heck of a deal at this price too!! Bump for a heck of a gun!

I've got a few. I will be back at my cabin this weekend and can sort through them and get the broken ones if you haven't gotten any by then.

??? I was pointing out the way their system worked in comparison to AZ. A few different people have suggested different options in the thread and since it is a discussion forum I thought I would make that suggestion. It would certainly help a guy in your point position. Apparently along the way I offended you somehow.

I like how Nevada squares the points. A guy with 20 pts goes in the hat 400 times. A guy with 1 still has a chance so it keeps hunter recruitment up but still keeps the top tier point holders in the best odds. They don't do a max pt pool as far as I know though so in theory you could never get drawn, although that is very likely in AZ as well....

    Bighorn sheep tag

Are those the units that have no road access? Seems like having someone with pack animals would be a huge advantage, whether its a friend or an outfitter. I guess you've got a heck of a good problem to have!!!

    Big TY to BigBrowns

+1 for Adam. There are a lotta guys who know a little about a lot and a lot the know a lot about a little but he seems to know a lot about a lot and he's more then willing to help anyone out with any of it!

I didn't call anyone a name nor did I troll around. I was simply asking what system you were referring to where someone with their name in the hat 26 times has the same odds as someone with their name in the hat 1 time. They may both have sub 1% odds if the applicant pool is huge (in the case of a sheep draw) but there is no denying that you have a 26 fold better chance.

    The Shed Spectrum

Nice finds! That looks like it still has pretty good color for laying out in the middle of a clearing like that! Love the sticker on the base!

    New to Coues/AZ/34a

Get a tripod for your Binos. More important then better Binos, a spotting scope, and probably even more important then your rifle. I dunno much about 34a though but there's alotta guys here that do!

Which unit/species/ and draw is this happening? If you have been putting in your entire life then you are in the max point pool and you should have 26 pts (I may be off a couple here) so you have a 26x better chance of drawing this year then a 10 year old who puts in for the first time. Makes sense to me. As the max or pool wears down you may get yourself into a guarantee.

    Credit hit

I dunno about this...... I wanna believe you but I've been so beaten into not trusting the first 315 cc hit posts per draw cycle I see on here!! I hope your right!! What hunts?

  17. Awesome gun! I'd be all over it but I bought an ultimate firearms muzzleloader last summer. Are you shooting smokeless out of it? What kind of ignition system are they using?
  18. I'm with bob on this one. Colorado is in the middle of "the good ol days" for muleys right now. Wyoming is in a slump. I'd take a Colorado tag over a Wyoming tag any day of the week, and it's closer for you guys from az.
  19. No, not the best in the state....just a good chance at a decent buck. I have never hunted antelope (and may never in AZ). Are you saying I should buy deer points too? I'd like to take a good muly before I take up the rockin' chair. I would say you should just get a tag and go. If you've never been, you'll think most any 14" buck or more looks pretty good and be happy with one. After that you'll look a little harder at the little things on them that make them score well and may want to wait a few years for a better tag. As far as deer go I'm sitting on 7 or 8 pts but shy of max. From what I hear the deer hunting is in a major slump in WY. My buddy drew the best hunt in the state a year or two ago and saw one buck on private that woulda went 170. Other then that he didn't see anything over 150. Ended up eating the tag. I wouldn't waste my money on Wyoming deer piints right now if I didn't have a connection or something along those lines.

    no need for sheep

You're joking right?!? Hiding behind "gods' grace" doesn't make you less of a bigot. I know plenty of gay people, none of whom had any of the issues you describe. One of my good friends who is gay has an awesome relationship with his father, he hunts and fishes just like us, just happens to prefer men over women. For you to make a statement that all gays were molested by their absentee father is probably the most small minded, ridiculous comment I've ever heard.

WTB Alliant Steel powder, steel shot, steel wads 12ga

Welcome to CWT Dave! Thanks for responding, sounds like you've got a good plan. I remember loading shells with my dad when i was 4 or 5. Every one that came out was like magic! I remember just analyzing every last one of them and picturing where I would be come fall when I got to use them. It added so much to the hunt for us. Since we've grown up we have gotten away from is since it's just simpler and cheaper to buy them but I sure did learn a lot and really miss it. Good luck with your kids. Load up your car and bring them to ND some fall and I'll line you guys up on some incredible warerfowling up here!

    Fugitives.

dang. It depends on whose privates he's gotta work in but that could be really good or really bad.

    Very nice ram!

Did you put in for 22 or 24b? I have this solid suspicion you won't draw it.....
