There is no question to dance around, it's not my call, if it was my business I would fire him. At the end of the day, I could give 2 craps about what A3 does. I don't know a person who works or guides for them or has been guided by them. I think you are going to be disappointed in the outcome (and me), because he will not fired and their business will not suffer.

To answer the question that has been asked over and over again, A3 can do as they see fit with his employment, I am not aware of A3's code of conduct or policies. Maybe they will suspend him or discipline him in some other way, but that is up to the company. If they feel this incident is not going to harm the brand or impact business that is their decision to make. If I owned or ran A3, I would have to look at the facts in the entirety, did he lie to the organization, try to cover it up, or did he self report ask for guidance. If I was the owner, was I part of the problem? A poacher is a cheat and a lier- ANY EMPLOYER (guiding or any another line of work) has to determine if they want to employ the person with this charter - No Bull you are trying to make this statement specific to hunting - I would say any employer should ask this question before hiring a convicted poacher - and like anything look at everything in its entirety.

you probably know this, but ammo seek doesn't sell the ammo, it links to ammo sellers. like anything shipping charges vary, but I have ordered a bunch and HAVE NOT been charged sales tax, therefor with shipping charges, I paid LESS than locally (and its difficult to find locally). ordering ammo on-line is no different than ordering any other good- I have never heard of a city or county coming after anyone I know for sales tax - to me there is no mess, if I was Trump I would accuse you of sensationalizing buying ammo on-line 😀

Yes... I know the best day for a boat owner....and what happens when you have a boat and stand at the dock.... save those wise cracks...LOL. I have a 94 Sea Ray with a 5.7 Alpha One. Got it last spring, took it to the lake no less than 20 times over the summer and it ran great. Last time was in September, no issues at all. Tried to start it recently and it wouldn't (just a clunk) pulled the plugs and there was water in cylinders (a few). Cleared the water, fogged the cylinders, took it to the lake and it ran. Ran rough at low speeds but top end was good (did 45). Didn't run it long. Brought it home, a week later started it (with the hose) ran for a few minutes, drained the oil. Water in the oil, boat takes 5.5 quarts of oil and drained about that much but it was milky (not sure how much water was in it). Replaced the oil, still runs. Can't for figure out why it hydrolocked, I have done plenty of internet searches... Any boat mechanics to recommend, I can't go any further mechanically myself? I live in the East Valley (Mesa). Probably trade the boat in and get a newer boat (we like having a boat, anytime my family and I do anything outdoors more than 20 times a summer its money well spent). Thanks Andy

Update: Ken was very helpful and was great to work with, with the problem my boat was having he didn't want to tear down the motor (extensive job) I ended up taking my boat to G&G Marine and they found the root cause and it was very simple and didn't need to tear down the motor, boat runs great. I would recommend G&G marine - top notch shop. Ken is also great for being mobile.
