So cool thanks for posting and taking the little one hunting. Hunting teaches kids some many life lessons.

+100 have the grill box with removal top and my buddy has the hinged one. Hinged is much better. I totally agree- the hinged is some much better. a 3 burner with large hinge lid would be the ultimate

I have a Champion with remote start, by far the best thing ever!! The remote start is so nice, not sure how reliable it will be in the years to come, but so far I have been very happy. For long term investment, one cannot argue with Honda. If I had to choose between the two and remote start wasn't part of the decision, I would go with the Honda. But I got the Champion 3100 with remote start for less than the Honda 2000- the Honda would not power the A/C (I used a friend's) and it struggled with the microwave. The Champion powers both with no problem (but not both at the same time). Just didn't want to spend the $$ for the Honda 3000

this little pump kicks butt.... warm / hot water is needed- it could be used for showering. It pumps water good I bought a (2) 55 gallon blue barrels on Craigslist for $10 each. One to fill and the other to set on the ground so I could get the full one out of the back of my truck. Then I can pump water in my travel trailer...never will run out of water again https://www.amazon.com/YueYueZou-Extractor-Scavenge-Exchange-Motorbike/dp/B01HAPFBTC/ref=pd_rhf_gw_p_img_8?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=XV3KWCYNY1FJ51KBKGS8

Has anyone shot a swhacker through mesh?
Redman replied to trphyhntr's topic in Bows, arrows, broadheads
funny thing is theres plenty of people on archery talk that says its just fine and dandy There are plenty of people on archery talk that have an IQ less than 90. All I am saying is shooting something that is meant to open on contact through cloth mesh and then hoping it doesn't open is not logical. I would also say there are various thickness / stiffness of mesh, the angle the arrow travels through and the integrity of the rubber band all play a factor if it would open- any one of these could be the determining factor. -

IMO- logically it doesn't make sense to shoot a mechanical through mesh -
I fu**ing hate the government and its over reaching laws... I haven't placed a camera out in years, but they have no right to tell me I cannot photograph animals

Leftover tags is a "game to play", the list is getting shorter and shorter and one must realize they could be skunked for a season. I was for one season and it sucked. For me, I would rather hunt than not- if I was to hold out for a strip tag, I wouldn't be able to walk by the time I drew one. A late Dec WT is awesome, I had one last year, I find the true advantage for a late Dec tag is MUCH few hunters in the field- problem is last year it rained (very hard) and snowed during the days I had off so it was a bit of a downer. I can't take 15 days off work for the whole hunt- still had a great time but the weather sucked. My third choice this year was a unit that had left over tags (1st and 2nd was a "trophy hunt") I drew a tag and I am as happy as can be. My third choice will always be a 30 something tag- rather hunt than not. Good luck to all!
