I have a 2015 and had a 6 inch Rough Country lift installed, $1800 (total labor and parts installed). There is another part that is needed to align the carrier bearing this was $100 New tires and rims (lug nuts, tire pressure sensors) are needed with offset. This hurt the pocked book... more than he lift. Truck drives really well like it was stock. https://www.facebook.com/prestigecustom.rides/photos/pb.143302409020477.-2207520000.1440945825./1110978748919500/?type=3&theater

no jackwod.. just because I did not list every option... Its a 4x4,.... calm down bro. is it your ad? i thought you were buying a truck not selling it. the seller didnt list it as 4x4 that i saw. my bad...sorry
-
no it doesn't say "Chevrolet"..... entitled American car company bailed out on the American Tax Payer dollar... no jackwod.. just because I did not list every option... Its a 4x4,.... prior to purchasing a truck I stooped by a well known 4x4 shop to ask how much lifts cost, etc..since they spend all day under trucks, I wanted to know what was there opinion was on how new trucks where built.... "the tundra are built very well, they are like a 3/4 ton chevy" called another shop got the same answer So Chevy must be pretty good then? I mean if a Toyota is built like them.... 3/4 vs 1/2 ton.....sorry i will not buy another bailed out American car... even thought I still own a 01... will not buy another. Ford or Toyota

I was looking for a newer truck for a long time, i thought used was more affordable... then I priced the new Tundras so I got a new 2015 crewmax, the new Tundras are priced close enough to used ... took advantage of great incentives from Toyota. I really like the truck, put a 6 inch lift with new tires and rims. It will pull my 26ft camp trailer with no problem...towing 10 MPG, non-towing around 13-14 depending how I stomp on it. I also have a Chevy Silverado 2001 that I am keeping for the hills...the Toyota will be a payment queen for a few years. After looking at the DOW today... wonder if the market is going to crash again.

no reason to bring up the pistol grip or anything else. when was the last time you used a Outdoorsman stud? If not in the last year, then you need to tray again, the new stud doesn't do what you described, my old stud did...not the new one.

FREE predator hunting seminar
Redman replied to Couestracker's topic in Predator Hunting and Trapping
Tommy, thank you for posting. sounds like a great event, I hope to attend with my son we are both beginner (at best) varmint hunters. -
I was faced with a similar situation last year... I was under the belief / teaching frontal shots should be avoided, but after a long stare down, I took the shot. He was dead on his feet within 40 yards, blood everywhere, I watch him drop, the shot was devastating. Elk can whirl around and be gone in a flash once the wind swirls, all things considered, I would take a front shot anytime.

I hate to but in also, but I second the Champion. I just got this one from Costco, it will power my AC, fridge and microwave on my trailer all at once... the Honda 2000 could not. Yes its a little louder than the Honda when it until it cranks up and starts powering everything... which the Honda 2000 could not. I did not test against the Honda 3000 (nobody I know has one). When there is no load or a small load its sounds the same as the Honda http://www.costco.com/Champion-2%2c800W-Running--3%2c100W-Peak-Digital-Inverter-Gas-Generator-(CARB-50-State-compliant).product.100139466.html I wanted a Honda 2000, but could not see paying mores for something that could not power everything, a used 3000 would still be almost double the price... plus buying from Costco it has a lifetime warranty

Suggestion.... wondering if anybody has tried? If using a tent, get a (quite) generator and a electric heat dish. A generator will run 8 hours on a tank of gas -$4.00 and use the heat dish... If your hunting party is like mine... there is always one that snores like a chainsaw. the generator can provide a noise maker to help... I normally have to take ear plugs I've used wood stove, can be hard to manage the heat, hot and then cold....

just make two trips. get a camping trailer and tow your ranger separately.. plan a head..

Redman he is in terminal 3 is the only problem so he would have to get off the sky train and head outside. I am like you and at the airport on a regular basis and use the east parking which they have done a great job with but they have made terminal 3 kind of a pain to get to. NOW the tram goes to 4 and 3.... just not two...(you have to walk to 2 from 3). I just took the tram last week from the east economy to 3 for an Hawaii Airlines flight...
-
Use this East Economy parking lot, $9 a day. Take the tram to your terminal... Simple as pie I do it every week and sometime twice....your total walk will be about 1/2 mile - 1 mile. Phx airport is a breeze but give yourself enough time so you don't stress. If you checking bags get there with 1.5 hrs before flight....you will have time to spare.
