Ernesto, a couple of years ago i hiked the grand canyon rim to rim and my harmstrings were srained and i had a terrible sciatica pain went to the chiropractor and he told me to stretch the harmstring a least 2 times a day because they pull on your sciatica, since the no more problems, also look on you tube for sciatica stretches thay work. good luck, i feel your pain

Question about the start of the october hunt. normally the hunt starts on friday but on the regs says october 25th to october 31st, is that right or is a misprint? the 25th is a saturday and the 31st is a friday. can somebody tell me if this is correct? thank you Hunting Regs 2014-15.pdf
