What is the average bill you pay mid summer for your A/C going ? when you have it set in the 70's
-
way too funny - lived in my home for 35 yrs - never had A/C put on a unit at a great price - bills shot up to 250 - 300 a month - turned the dang thing off - havn't used it the past 2 years house never gets above 84-85 with cooler on but its mostly during the midday heat when its 110 +- muggy during monsoons but nothing a few extra fans blowin didn't cure - bill 80- 100 a month just turned it on (a/c) yesterday cuz we got those snow birds comin I set it at 81 told wife I'd turn dang thing off if she set it in the 70's A/C is nice an cool and no muggy feeling - should be good to go for relatives or they can go get a hotel !

death penalty means SQUAT -- 30-40 yrs on death road ---- wooooooooooo --- hang the bstds within a week- then maybe criminals might think twice -- as it is now - its a better life than what they have on the streets.

simple - mount the scope properly - meaning have enough eye relief ****** MAKE SURE HE MOUNTS THE GUN TO HIS SHOULDER PROPERLY ******* scope bite should never be a problem if scope is mounted right and he learns to hold the gun securely and properly ! no quick shots - firm -secure rest before shooting - I never allowed off hand shooting for my son - at 10 he always shoot .308 or at 12 - 30-06 never had a problem

Kodiak makes a canvas truck bed tent for around 300 - 400 on ebay
-
It comes down to 2 basic plans - luxury or rough it luxury costs more than roughing it regular tent - canvas lean too for shelter - deluxe sleeping bag zero degree or colder the rest is luxury _lol friend uses 2 - 12 by 12 popups - tent goes under one the other is for everything else - simple and it works you can add sides to block wind showers are rough it or luxury too - as long as you can heat water your good to go - wash basin and a folding chair behind any tree - will get the job done also doubles to wash and hang out hunting clothes I prefer to air outside every night - like stated above - PLAN ahead and make 2 trips if necessary or make your buddy haul a load !

Used Celebrity Hunting Tags - I have no doubt that it may have "some" value to a dale fanatic the only thing I see is his signature might be of interest to some one do not get your hopes up too high on this one - as far as insure it - - seems over the top to me just my .02

everyone should have one for their hunts - so after the hunt and your meat is hanging -- time for some fun - wonder how it does on meat bees !?? wonder how much fun the youths - (we are all kids to some extent ) could have while helping in deer /elk /hunting / fishing camp with one of these ? -

thought it was great my "friend " drew his first archey bull elk tag - first time applying for archery elk . First archery hunt ever -- I was told unit 10 so today he calls and says he made a mistake - didn't really check his tag - now it's unit 9 I was figuring anytime spent helping with his hunt would help me for my wifes muzzy hunt in 10 I told him I'd help as much as possible but know little or nothing about 9 other than a huge group of guys here wanted- really wanted that tag - lol guess i'll be learning a few spots in 9 this yr. I told him we are going in not knowing much about unit 9 and can only hope to fill the tag . he's not a trophy hunter but told him anything is possible.

Hello - it was a great event - I was glad to see and get a chance to say hello to TJ and Peg - been a while - sorry for not taking more time to chat I was sitting with a good old friend John Toner and his wife Joan. - I did manage a couple prizes - surprisingly as I split a $100 dollar ticket package. Quite a few prizes went to our table - guy bought a 20 dollar hat - won 300 in tickets put them all in the shotgun bucket and won . Great People associated and sponsoring this event - great food and great donations and prizes. Always glad to see Mark And Kathi and Cookie look forward to attending next year .

One can plead technically not guilty and ask the judge that you be able to tell your side of the story one has the right to speak your peace and let the chips fall where they may
-
Bill - I'd accept an invitation to your javelina roost any day of the week - did basically the same thing but soaked it in light mixture of teriyaki sauce and lime juice instead of bbq and lots of onion slices .
-
It is something that just can not be fixed - no explanation on how it happens we all know the deer are going to see the sign and want to cross

if its just packing out - 2-3 hr wait - use gamebags -- hanging in the shade-- it takes a while for fresh meat to actually cool down if you have time open and remove all the big bones in the legs so the big chunks of meat to cool faster - do not just throw all the deboned meat in one bag either - I try to use a lot of bags and keep the chunks as separated as possible as far as citrus or pepper or meatsaver - not really necessary before packing out - now if you have a prolonged stay in camp and don't have several ice chests with lots of ice to pack meat away - then storing in shade wrapped up-to keep it insulated each day and hanging out to cool each evening will usually be ok for a few days as stated above weather can dictate what needs to be done to keep it dry and clean and cool dry can be best but in some cases keeping it cool by hanging it and misting it works also especially on real hot days just make sure its not in direct sunlight - water is not going to hurt the meat as long as its not soaking in it- not many use this method and prefer it to dry out but you tend to loose more meat when being processed if it drys tooooo much if packed in ice in chests make sure the chests are tilted so the water can drain out an opened plug.
