I wonder if all that whining, pissing and moaning is the reason they are allowing credit card updates. They read these forums.

Went in to update my wife's credit card and G&F has no record of her having applied or paid the fees. It was after 5 so when I called their IT department it was closed. I have receipts and bank documentation . Her portal kept saying that she had not applied. When I called about that a couple of weeks ago I was told not to worry, that all was well. What a cluster! She has no chance of being drawn. Pisses me off.

Not now. I had/have covid. It still may kill me.

My wife’s says did not apply and they are not joking. I made 2 phone calls over the last 2-3 weeks. Not to worry they said. BS!!

So I never did get my wife’s credit card updated. Do you still lose your loyalty point?

She told me the draw had been completed and they had moved onto the next step and that there was no way I was going to update a card. I really wanted to keep from losing bonus points since I figured it was a lost cause trying to do anything else. She wasn’t too interested in helping me.

I had to deal with super bitch. She gave me the commissioners email addresses if I wanted to do something about it.

OK. I called the Yuma office, they took the order number and information and said they would get back with me. They also told me the draw was in process so I don’t know how that’s going to work but it’s better than what it was

So I can’t get hold of the IT department, their voicemail box is full and they’re not accepting any more, my wife called the bank and they said since she had activated that card Wednesday the old card is void and they could do nothing about it. Don’t know what else to try.

My problem is not with the bank it’s with Game And Fish. When I go in to update her credit card there’s no record of her having applied. I get some kind of notice that information submitted is not on record. In other words she doesn’t exist. As I have said before I have Game And Fish receipts and bank statements saying that she does exist.

Cause the bank updated her card yesterday and I work and don’t get home until around 5. I didn’t think about it until today

First time I applied for rifle antelope I drew. Back then the bonus round was 10% It was unit 7 and 50 permits were issued. The first five went in the bonus round. The next 4 was our application. I have a friend that drew rifle antelope 3 years straight, all different units. Daughter in law drew early rifle unit 9 bull with zero points. It happens.

I thought it was 20%??

It's a screwed up deal now. My ex and I used our ss#. When I applied for my wife it wouldn't accept the ss# and I had to use her new ID#. A friend was having issues with applying. He called and was with a tech for quite awhile getting things right. He told me that according to this guy the new and old system are still linked thus the issues. When the actual draw occurs it will be from the old system. Who freakin knows?

Have you used his new department issued ID? I ran into a similar issue with my wife. it wouldn't accept it until I used the new ID#. I also cleared cookies too.

I applied for elk and antelope about a week ago. Went into the portal and there’s no record that I have applied. I called the department and they told me that if I had confirmation numbers it should be OK. They had no way of checking for me. Has anyone else run into this? It’s got me nervous now

The ineptness of any government agency makes me nervous. I figure they are going to screw it up. I can't relax.
