Something I don't understand is why it is ok to leave beer cans and bottles in a campfire ring. For some reason many don't consider that litter.

Which camp? There were several camps in about a half mile strip down the 42 road just off of 108.

Find permanent water. Get up high and glass.

First time I ever applied for antelope was 7 with only the hunter ed bonus point. There were 4 of us on one application, all with 1 point. The bonus round then was 10% with 50 tags in the hunt. We were the next drawn after the bonus round.

I have the 85mm version of this scope. This is a smoking deal for glass of this quality! -
I believe it. I have family members that I think are dumber than dirt yet are considered by their peers to be intelligent. These are people in their early 20's. I am hopeful they are not representative of their generation because if they are we are in big trouble.

2 ton bottle jack . Doesn't take a lot of space.

There is no mandatory reporting. How would they even know he killed one?

Barnes Expanders MZ are all I shoot. I have found the 300 grain bullet and 110 grains of Blackhorn 209 to be extremely accurate out of my Optima. Great results with them too!

Catching was good until the weather turned nasty. I talked to a couple of different guys and they said the night time bite was really good. Cats were hitting crankbaits as good as the bass were. I had planned on fishing all night but those clouds had some nasty lightning. The weather caught me just north of Wenden. It was ugly!. The good news is the desert in that country is really greening up. A ranger told me that for the month of July they had just under 3 inches. I am guessing they got a lot more last night.

This bad boy persuaded me to get off of Alamo last night. I had planned on fishing all night but glad I left when I did. I still had to wait over an hour for washes to go down before I could get to the highway

Got hit again tonight but thankfully the wind was not as bad. Got a bunch of rain. Looks like the Wickenburg area got a good soaking. http://alert.fcd.maricopa.gov/php/submaps_rain.php?mapId=20&displayInterval=1d

It did but it was my favorite tree. I get to clean it up. It has a bunch of it's friends on the ground scattered around the property. Did finally get some rain with all the dirt and wind. 42 and 44A are catching some much needed rainfall the last couple of days.

Our turn out west to get destroyed. Not much rain with it yet.

You are blessed. We too often don't appreciate what our parents can mean to us until they are gone. Even when my dad could no longer walk from his bedroom to the kitchen he was wanting to go hunting. I told him I would put him in for the next upcoming hunt. He never made that one. I miss him

I glass everywhere I am not supposed to. I find deer. As stated before, they didn't read the book on what they are supposed to do. And that includes muleys. I have seen them laying down in the sun on a day when temps are blistering and in the shade on days it doesn't get much above freezing..

Does that include the Burro's? Those hunts are treated differently already. I have been hunting them since the mid 90's and have seen a big drop off in quality and quantity.

I live in a Kodiak Flex Bow 2-3 weeks at a time during some hunting seasons. I have 2 of the Cabelas big cots and have room for a small table and most of my gear if I slide it under the bed. I can set it up and take it down by myself and I have limited use of one arm. Awesome tent! I have considered selling this one and buying the latest model.

Need to pin this. I have been considering buying a used bass boat and just got my eyes opened on what to look for. Some great info here. Thanks Delw.

Should try living in the boondocks on a dirt road. Its easy to see who has lived in the country and who is city folk or Californian.

I am going to get the chance to get up to Alamo next weekend for the first time in 3 years. I have been told the lake is down. Anyone done any crappie fishing under lights recently? I was wondering if the dam area is best or if the north end would be a better spot to try?

Back tension. Throw away any caliper release and use a back tension. Use it like AzDiamondHeat describes until you are absolutely sick of it. It may take months. Then use it on a target. It is hard to get used to shooting one and requires commitment but it will make your bow shooting life much better. When you first start it is easy to break your nose or knock a tooth out. I know this from experience but you have to keep after it.

I have a friend that may be interested. How big is the garage? Can you fit a Polaris 2 seater in it?
