What reticle, box, sunshade?

What's length of pull from back of pad to middle of trigger guard?

The one thing you can do is install pillars on the stock and make sure that your pillars are above the bedding by a few thousandths. You want your torque on the pillars not on the bedding. Pillars will prevent any stock crush from happening. Did you remove the scope when you took it apart? If so check torque settings on the scope base and rings. My opinion on the scope base is to bed the base or bases to the action. Also check to see if the front base screw is of proper length. Some are too long and prevent proper torque from being applied.

Tikka or Bergara both good choices in 6.5 PRC. Don't get light anything they spray bullets everywhere and forget carbon fiber barrels even worst.

Try Firebirds or La Hacienda for steaks. Vivace or Michelangelos for Italian. The Keg is ok but horrible service. Floras downtown is great lunch along with the market next door for delicacies like Serrano Ham. Tanque Verde Guest Ranch for Sunday brunch.

What's weight? Bottom metal for what magazine brand? Fore end channel diameter? What's length of pull adjustment? And where are you located?

Howa is a great rifle but not in 6.5 Creed. You'd be way undergunned for Moose or Elk but then how close can you get so you can plant a bullet in the head. Howa is a well made rifle and in 308 it would be a much better choice. But then there are other calibers that would be an even better choice!! I've been doing this advice thing for almost 70 years

St. Marks is the only powder manufacturing company left in the US. They manufacture spherical powders for Winchester and Ramshot. The stick powders all come from out of the country. They are bottled mostly by Hodgdon under different labels. Our EPA will not allow any expansion of powder production facilities.

The 22 Creedmoor is definitely hands down the best. But it's a personal thing if you're willing to put up with less power and less accuracy then it's up to you. One thing I found that shooting the heavier bullets in the 22 ARC doesn't work well in short barrels of 22 inches or less. I'm a seasoned reloader and having shot many centerfire 22's in competition I found the 22 ARC a poor choice for accuracy work. My two cents.
