pac12 is gonna be tough this year. there are a bunch of good teams and they always play UofA tough. gonna be harder with that number 1 ranking. im real proud of them. i was real disappointed after lute left and when their tournament streak ended. its good to see miller having sucess.

one small bull last year and one medium bull this year. last year was a shot quartering away and it was found in his neck. this year he was shot and it hit the spine and busted up some ribs and shoulder. found it under the skin on the opposite side.

i think UofA will be pretty good next year, especially if carey stays ( i think he will). we should have a decent QB as well.

exactly. too many wardens harassed too many hunters back in the day causing this problem. i just went through this on my elk hunt with my father in law. he was paranoid cause i had my back up rifle in the truck and there was 4 of us (only i had a tag). the G&F can assume anything they want but until i break a law they can pound sand if they want to accuse me of something i am not doing.

i think its all B.S. can someone post a regulation or something to back this up. until then ill keep doing what i do (always have a lion tag anyways). BTW every time ive been checked by a warden they never ask for a tag, just my license.

nope they look nothing alike. ive just seen some mule deer that were as big or bigger than some elk (4 pointers).

I was in both areas today. Roads are pretty bad. Seen some sign in both ends just no elk. Nothing to get the hopes up. Didn't see anyyhing hanging or pulled out yet.

I was across the way in 5b and didn't see jack around that area. They sure are tricky this year. Havent seen any hanging either. Not many shots today.

i just tried this and gave up and painted mine. it will have to wait till i find someone to do it in tucson. im a metal guy so working with wood isnt for me.

they have some fake army tanks out there on trailers that they use to train.

did you hear/see the jets out there? probably targeting the tanks. they were right above us and the deer didnt even move. it was very loud.

nice. on my mule deer hunt i seen a huge coues 4 pointer running with a fork and another very nice 3 pointer. i hope they make it to december.
