Question for you experts. I get the 1.5 hr per lb but say I'm doing 3 pork butts. How much time do u add for the addl meat. 1 is usually done in 9-10 hrs but with 3- 6 lbrs in there it seems to take longer.

I can't imagine anyone giving up a kiabab deer tag to shoot a cow or small bull elk I think he meant and an elk. As in if they see one they can take it. Not give up the deer tag.

How many lbs was it? Never done a brisket but gonna try it now. I was under the impression that a 4 lb point would take about 6 hrs at that temp but urs looks more like 6. Hard to tell from pic.

This. When I checked in my 12a deer one of the questions asked was how many elk I saw...I laughed and said zero. Was told they don't want elk there, but at the time didn't seem to be doing anything about it except asking numbers. But if they did that then they wouldn't be able to collect all those tag fees.

There is nothing in the law or regs saying small game hit by a car can't be legally taken. If there is please let me know where it says it. They cover big game very well but absolutely nothing about small game. If I have a license I can kill a bobcat with a rock if I want (and am able) so who cares if one is picked up after being hit by a car? Hey I found your video.
