I have the Remington model 7 in .243 and love that gun. Great kids gun, can't go wrong. Although I have been considering picking up a 7mm-08. -

I've done all my hunting out of a Toyota 2wd Sequoia. Had everything needed for a tent camp with cots and hunting gear. I did have a trailer hitch mounted rack for coolers and whatever. Always a full load, but I just took my time and made camp plans while scouting.

my wife is a teacher, and even if the bill passes, there is no raise. Just smaller cuts to the budget. She has not had a raise in 6 years! She teaches at an A+ rated school in the west valley.

Yeah, I saw that blog, but 1st post, and then got hijacked quick. Hard to get real time data. I just thought that it being a local company and all, that some of our fine members had gotten a chance to look one over. I took one in trade, but have not shot it yet. I saw a video of this rifle being shot, but on the fence if I should keep it or sell it. Maybe I'll wait until after the election to see how things go.
