Looking for female lab mate
PRDATR replied to MULEPACKHUNTER's topic in Small Game, Upland Bird, and Waterfowl Hunting
I would wait until she is closer to 18 months. -
That's mostly all Rez. Always wanted to hunt it.

I would see what Chris has at Area 15.

Good game from what I saw of it.

Black Friday doesn't work for me.

Happy Thanksgiving Tony. Thank you for your contributions that make CWT.Com such a great place. Chris

People just aren't experienced with these knives. I don't know anyone who skins an animal with the knife in an up motion away from them. If the blades were bigger and the knife heavier there would be fewer accidents. Using a little blade you tend to work closer which makes less room for error.

Looking to get some fishing in tomorrow morning.

UPDATED!! Found him. To the guy who bought my shooting gong over a year ago and paid me, do you still want it?
PRDATR replied to Adicted's topic in The Campfire
Maybe he died, or was just really drunk. So why wait a full year to post about it, work slow? -
Congrats and it looks to have some nice spurs too. I have killed 4 Merriman and one Gould and all had nubs for spurs. Going to Oklahoma in the spring for Rio.

Good luck on the hunt, looks like you found a good area.

Well as it turns out I'm going to have to pass. Good luck to who ever gets him.

Can I come meet the parents?
-
Great dogs for sure. I'd take him but with the holidays coming and a trip to NYC money is a little tighter this season. How flexible are you on the price?

Maybe he's getting revenge, better watchout Firstcoueswasaspike. LOL

Well my first spot just had some mule deer doe so I moved a few miles later that day and hunted it the next morning. About an hour after sunrise I glassed up a buck, small 4x4 mulie. Then a short time later a couple of mulie doe about 140 yards odd and then a small mulie doe at about 500 yards. I know their areas overlap so I stuck around and finally glassed up a coues doe with a weird white fuzzy tail. I would have enjoyed it more if it weren't so hot and the stinking fighter jets would have not been flying overnight until 3AM. Camped next to a couple of guys who had their sons with them for the first few day and managed a couple of small bucks for them but they hadn't seen any other bucks and hunted a few miles from me and said they were running into mule deer quite a bit too.

I guess the old saying a dull knife is more dangerous than a sharp knife need some rethinking. Glad you had cell service.
