look at the lincoln 90fc. great little welder for a beginner and very easy to use. I find myself using it more tham my 220v for around the house stuff. can pick one uo cheap from local auctions

after initial treatment most of the companies are around 100-125 per year. we rarely get the warranty though. also, some home warranties include termite service even though ALL home warranties suck.
