I use IC; and a mixture of high brass 7.5 and some 8's in my auto. IC AND mod in my o/u and high 7.5

I have to admit I have a bias against these. A couple years ago I was on the range and the guy about 4 benches down had one and I thought it was the most obnoxious thing I'd ever heard. Several have suggested these. Did you add yours aftermarket, have gunsmith do it? i had my gunsmith add them. on my7mm and my 300wm . i like it. my brother shootsa 300 rsaum out of titanium. does not have a brake. witha gun that light you know when it goes off

RED RABBIT - That is an unfortunate. there are a lot of deer in 23 and plenty of wild out of the way places there . hopefully the adults that put the jr. in have an idea. i hope that we can see a bunch of pics of smiling successful young hunters in the next few days

i can not say anything about hunting the unit 36a. however hunting coues whitetail - ( usually ) involves hiking up a very rugged mountian in the dark. sitting down glassing with a "good" (1K+) pair of binos and then shooting as soon as you see a buck. often a fairly long shot . this is my experience. sorry if you this is not what you were asking.

great scope great cartrigdge great ammo. keep shooting futher until your groups reach 6-7inches in diameter( for coues). also there is a match on the 4th saturday at rio salado . 500 yards great practice and has a practical application to coues shots especially
