Recommendations on where to purchase suppressor & trust
WHT_MTNMAN replied to CJNAZ's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
I know there are people on here who help others and I'm sure they are great, I just don't know them personally. I got my 2nd suppressor from EVT (east valley tactical) that used to be Mr Silencer many years ago. I went down last month and picked up two more. It took about 10 minutes, and 2 weeks later they came in, these two were not in a trust though just individuals. I've had great success with EVT. -
Well I think you are right and I'm wrong the but actual wording is "must have a license valid through deadline day of that draw" So I was guessing it meant day of the actual draw. Ive had my lifetime license for 15+ years so I haven't paid much attention.
-
yes has to be valid day of the draw

I used to spend a bit of time down there. Not so much anymore. Back when I had triple chins and not quad chins
-
Its been a while since I've been down there, makes me miss it.

Yeah and I keep opening them in case someone got the "update credit card email" I didn't

Whats your definition of giant? I've helped on that hunt a few times in the last 5 years. 5 years ago I heard of multiple bucks over 85" killed. Last 2 years have been tougher. I still think with some hard work and time you could find a couple over 80".

57% chance in 2a and the 13s and 30a have 100% chance I know 2a I don't know the 13s or 30a at all. Good luck
-
still less than 1.3% chance

Did I read or watch it wrong?? from what I saw he wasn't even with the hunter??? So how would he know with an ABSOLUTE certainty that he shot from the road.

Absolute slammer of a buck, very cool

The first one is always the sweetest and the hardest. If you keep at it I bet they will start dropping like flies now! I’ve killed most of my archery Coues solo spot and stalk but nothing beats the first one. Congrats on a great buck and for sticking it out.

For many years I had a “lucky” hat that always seemed to be present in pictures. I noticed the last few animals I had a specific shirt. Now deemed my lucky shirt. Anyone else have a lucky shirt or hat??
-
Thats great, wish I could find my ol hat. I killed a lot of critters with it. I wonder if I can find any old pictures
-
Great shooting, congrats to all of you.

Beautiful Job Tommy! Sorry to hear about your uncle. That’s tough
-
Please Don’t!!! Go on a hunt and post pictures and stories instead! I doubt we need more classified ads. Haha

Great to hear. How about you post a couple of pictures. . I love looking at Coues deer.

First trip of the year was our annual Mexico trip. I’ve been with Rob in old Mexico maybe 12-13 times. As always a great trip with friends. This year was tough in regards to big bucks but we had a great time regardless and still killed some solid bucks. I haven’t killed a buck for a few years now I’m hoping we can manage for older class bucks but who knows, it seems like we never see the same deer anyway.
