on the august bear hunt there was this couple camped at Rose creek... well the lady was a bigfoot chaser. (not sure if that was the term they used) we chatted with them 1 evening and she wanted to show me some scat to see if I could identify it....... she goes into their trailer and gets in the refrigerator and pulls out this bag (NO JOKE) I looked at it and it had a lot of what looked like deer hair and was pointed at the ends and kind of bulbous looking in the middle.... definitely a huge mountain lion! HAHA! not bigfoot! She said " You think we're nuts huh?" I held back and lied through my teeth and said " no, not at all!" LOL! we told her we were bear hunting and she said " when you spot 1 just give him a chance to stand up" she went on to explain how they will often walk on all fours! jeffcross smoked a bear on the water hole we had sat the previous day and the guy we were with was crying about sitting all day! The most absolute crazy people I have met (besides my daughters mother). James

not everyone is like that... in fact I would say they are few that just makes us despise poacher thieves... and worse they left it to waste! if people would follow the rules.......... I hate when people are oblivious to the world around! the sad thing is some of these people have kids of their own and guess what they are gonna do when they grow up?!! it would be great to hook a rope onto their quad and laugh as they try to drive away and fly over the handle bars!
