I had a camera in 19 a get knocked off a tree by a cow then drug down near the water. Then Some fella was walking the tank he looked around a bit then Rehung it for me. I got to see all this because I had another camera on the other side of the tank.

I paid 550 for mine with an open mouth and look like he's alive and coming for you.

The ears are a good trick when it's hard to judge its size. Ears size means nothing when his belly is dragging the ground like the one in the picture.
