I have the AGC as well, and really like it. As mentioned it is pretty bulky but (not sure if these apply to you) I like the ability to have my range finder inside the front pocket, usually my cell phone on top, there's room for calls/wind indicator/etc and even my leatherman. Makes it nice when you have a backpack on and need to get to certain things quickly without taking off your pack or having them stuffed in your pockets.

I was just wondering where you guys get real info on stuff like this because a ton of it is blocked and/or never makes it to the MSM.

I agree with the comments on the Attack pants. I love them for hunting but have regular colors I wear daily. As I get older my butt has shrunk and these are about the only pants that move with me and don't want to fall down.

Congratulations, Ammon! Nothing like the kiddos' first! I called in a nice tom with one of your calls this weekend and ended up dropping the ball at the one yard line (shot too early). They really are great calls.

Nice - I'm hoping to get down there for some bowfishing and maybe some night crappie fishing this weekend.

Full sized boat ramp?

The headline is pretty misleading. It implies "No more guides" but what it really says is only 2 guides per hunter - doesn't sound like something that will affect many people.

Prayers sent. Best wishes.

Prayers sent. Very tough for issue for sure - it sound like you have a healthy attitude toward it and are keeping the kiddos as your top priority. Hang in there man. And if she does get dumped by to contractor as others have suggested, and wants to "fix things", just say "No".

That's great news!
